Unit does not allow bluetooth to connection: OEM Nav screen flashes bluetooth connection option then disappears as an option and will not select or see anything and bluetooth connection option disappears.

Firmware upgrade: on both WIN and MAC; Bluebus firmware tool does not list unit to enable firmware upgrade. Multiple data cables used. Still no firmware connection.

Anyone have similar issues and then found solutions?
