E46 M3 has 333hp, and because of the shared engine a lot of publications list the Z4M at the same.
I read the difference is down to the exhaust system. |
If I recall it was the three horsepower that was supposedly lost in the exhaust system somewhere, but back then it was widely believed that BMW wanted the E46 M3 to have a little more horsepower (3) than the Z4 M Coupe and Roadster.
