No mods to the fender liners, I just had to push/pull them into place. Suggestion is to start at top of the wheel well, then work back to front. Once i got a couple screws in, the rest was easy and didn't take long.
Keep in mind, in a few weeks I will be back to cut a hole in the liner to route my cooling hose.
