Whether it's too "fast" for a kid is beside the point. Even if I had the money, and the kid was mature, I wouldn't spoil my child with a car like this. Kids need to learn work ethic. Work hard, earn nice things. That's how I was brought up. I started working at 15 and my first car was a Geo Metro. You're setting her up for disappointment later in life, unless your trust fund is big enough to carry her. Just my opinion of course.
