Ironically I was talking to someone the other day about a street version of a milder looking GT car kit. Something that would allow 1-3" more tracking width of wheels and tires.
One thing to consider in going this route is the fact that inner liners have to be fashioned or lost altogether to work. That would be in itself a load of molds.

Also to consider is the front and rear covers having to either merge additionally or have aggressively styled lines to keep the covers as stock. Which usually looks off.( at least to my eyes).

Full bodykits for 2k will never make the creator any living. Just use a lot of time and materials up.

I still want to look into it................
