I have the same H&R springs as you do in the US, these are the spring pads:

I didn't like the look of the H&Rs, the car was so much lower in the back than in the front. It almost looked like it was going WOT while standing still
The pads made the back higher but unfortunately too high so I had to buy coilovers. Can't wait until I install them =)
