I used them when I installed my coilovers, just some extra insurance and the price is very low so why not.

You just sandwich them between the top of the camber plates and the strut tower. No welding required, it is a very DIY install.

Luckily my shop GT Peace in Chantilly, VA have them on hand and will toss them in while they are installing my suspension on Wednesday. They are also going to make sure they don't interfere with the Vorshlag camber plate adjustments and leave enough thread for a strut bar. FTW! Thanks for sharing!
