You would do best with the Dealerships in Hilton Head or Savannah. I'm not from the area but the Lowcountry is a bit sparse for any high end independant mechanics. You might ask the seller where they get maintenance work done. You will need someone that knows what to check and most folks in the area are not BMW drivers.
