You're not going to solve your issues with NCS Expert. The ECU needs certain tables tuned. I did a writeup of what is involved at

Terraphantm gave some awesome information wrt solving the checksum which covers the torque tables. This is necessary if you use any of the flashing solutions other than ByteTuner.
