I'll have a sniff of something neat every couple of nights during the week. Friday after soccer I need some "apple juice" after the game. Saturday and Sunday dinners I'll have 1-4 drinks, usually at least a double each.
Now, giving up caffeine was the real challenge. The last time I completely got off, I was in the hospital for a week with a morphine drip.

THIS! When I gave up diet soda I thought my head was gonna explode. I don't like coffee and the unsweet tea I was using to curb to me to water only was not cutting it. Like all things it faded, but you don't realize how addicted you are to things till you stop! LOL
