Yes that is what I see. If you click on it you must sign into google. The only google account I have is for work & I don't use it for anything else.
What I did do is stay signed into my work(google) account and click on it. It did allow me to continue. I used my personal e-mail account and put in my screen name. I did get to vote that way. Some have said they got an email showing they voted. I have not seen any notice yet.
