The bore is a little off, but a 5mm hub ring should be the ticket.
35 offset all around.
Front 18x8.5 235/40r18
Rear 18x9.5 265/35r18
From the research I've done these should be a nice little sweet spot. They are smaller than my 19s which don't rub anymore since I've raised the car. Last year I won a limbo competition and then proceeded to raise the car so I could drive it hard again.
