If you have not done any oil analysis and these are the original bearings, I would say that you're on borrowed time. Count your blessing and get 'em done. It's a crap shoot on these S54. Some goes as early as 30K-40K and some went past 150K. I would be ecstatic if I got 100K miles out of mine.
