Sorry to hear of your bad luck. In my experience, body shops aren't good at repairing this type of damage. They can change panels and respray whole panels at a time, but filling in chips and this type of job are not their forte.

I recommend contacting the best detailer in your area. My detailer does work like repairing key scratches so well, you'd never know they were there. The advantage the detailer has is he can fill in the chip, but also has mastery of the orbital, and can effectively blend the repaired section to the surrounding paint.
