UUC clutch stop (after modifying it to make the threading shorter) is plenty enough to improve the clutch engagement. I honestly don't think there's a need to get a different clutch pedal. I have no issues with clutch engagement. Just make sure you adjust the clutch stop to a point where the car starts up fine, and where you can shift smoothly without any grinding. Luckily for me, the point in which the car was able to start up, was also the point where clutch was fully disengaged and I could shift smoothly.
