I'm fascinated with your photos of this jail. I visited a similar place in '73--Kingston Penitentiary, to do an engineering audit after a riot there.
It really affected me.
How did you feel after you left?
By the way, no photos were allowed. The prison I visited was still occupied by a few "trusted" residents.
There's a good description of that event in Roger Carron's book, "Go Boy".
