I have a Black Sapphire M Coupe here outside of Annapolis in Riva, MD and I think I saw the same car as well one day recently. We were both travelling too quickly to wave, not to mention Rt. 50 is 4 lanes wide each way near DC. - I get to DC from time to time so keep an eye out for the guy with CCA tags - I happened to get 0704, which was a silly coincidence seeing it is an 07 and a Z4 variant.
