Ok, cooked a few things, most worthy of note was the eggs. Light oil, zero stick, no flavors detected that shouldn’t be. Cleanup was wicked easy, heat distributed evenly in the pan and no surprise changes in speed of cook. Overall happy, now it’s the test of time. Believe if I have an issue a year from now I’ll report back and be quite unhappy.
