I just did this replacement yesterday. You have to pull off the bumper cover, the under-engine tray and the shroud behind the oil cooler. All easy to do.

I should add, I did the right side. Left may be slightly different. The left side also has a sensor plugged into the bottom of it that might also be damaged...
