I've found a third supplier of offset bushings beside the previously found superflex and bavarian auto/whiteline offset bushings.

Strangely they (nolathane) have 2 variants of the 66mm offset bushings:

the 45555 have "LH offset - RH standard alignment" whatever that means.... (a lefthand offset bushing and righthand non offset?!? does that work?!?
