The BMW branded battery I replaced (2006 Si) was lead acid, not AGM. According to CT's web page, the OEM battery was 480 CCA - I didn't make a note of what the CCA rating was on the original when I returned it to recover the core charge, but I do recall it was lower than the rating on the Eliminator battery I put in.
I'm going by the numbers I saw on my original battery, and what I see advertised for the replacement.
According to the information in
this Exide brochure, their 'Exide Extreme Group 47/H5 has 650 CCA/780 CA, which is exactly what CT advertises for the rebranded premium Eliminator battery I purchased.
