Faded door handle

Hey guys, the finish on the inside driver's door handle is faded. It's not a chip of crack. It's the actual paint/finish fading away. I guess the previous owner was a sweaty guy lol. Any ideas on how I can overcome this (without wrapping). The only two ways I can see to go about this are to paint it or replace it entirely.

If paint, what paint should I use? If all else fails, I would go the vinyl wrap way but, is vinyl wrap durable for constant/repetitive contact?

Ended up buying a pair of door handles. Will install today. Seems simple enough to do.
