Paint engine cover?

Im thinking about painting my engine cover to match the car..where can I get a 1/4 of paint?

Regular paint won't work. You'll probably bubble it after it get exposes to that heat.

Did mine with a rattle can in my ex race car and it was working even with the heat.

yea that looks good...I could use caliper paint? I really want it to match the car color..

You should be fine with regular paint if you prep properly--lots of stuff under there is painted , e.g., the underside of the hood, the strut towers, etc. I've painted my diagonal braces with rattle can paint and there have been no issues with heat. Others have painted their covers, too.

How do you remove that piece that going across the engine cover? I cant get the cover off with that piece in the way..
