Jamie helped me out. He even called me last night at 10:30 eastern to let me know he had canceled my original order. Excellent customer service!

I re-ordered this morning and it worked fine. I think last night I just missed that I needed to click the "Apply" button next to the coupon code before continuing with the order.

So...not to sound like a complete noob...but now what? There were no instructions whatsoever in my box, just a packing invoice.

Hey Everyone.

It's great to hear that everyone is starting to receive their units. Here are a few instructions that I was advised to inform you all about.

The EvolveR PC Software should have been given to you in a download link in your confirmation email of your order. Please download that, read the directions very carefully, and install the EvolveR Software.

If you are using Windows7 and come across the "cannot connect to USB device" prompt after following the instructions, please download and install the following:

http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM20814_Setup.exe

Hopefully that clarifies some questions or concerns that some may have. Feel free to contact Jamie at jamie@rkautowerks.com

Hi Guys

We just realised that he hadn't written Z4M specific instructions in the manual.

When you come to read the data from your ECU's please select the "Full Calibration Data" option. It should default to this anyway. This is the only difference between the operation with the Z4M and E46 M3.
