Umm its been done bro. HPF just put suspension in my E92 M3 and I took a bunch of pictures of the completed car (Z4MC). I talked to Chris about this last year and they have so many other projects going on the Z4M took a backseat wait. Makes sense since the market is so small. Everything looks really good and very clean install.

I was told they will be offering stage 1 through 5 just like the E46 M3 kits with similar power on gas, race gas, etc. Same prices too but with a group buy I know they will offer great competitive pricing.

This looks good though.

whats with all this not saying the price B/S?? im guessing 20k plus..... i still think its worth it, this is custom shit yo!! costs money..... i do love a good turbo setup but on this car i stand by my orginal mantra, i think a 500rwhp supercharged z4m, drop a good amount of weight, and you will have a very serious car imo!!!

Highly doubtful that pricing will be the same from the M3. The Z4M will not run on AEM, and the ProEFI for the Z4 starts at $4k with the minimal additions to make the car run. On top of the ECU cost difference, the proprietary parts needed for the Z4 will be made in much smaller quantities therefore have a higher cost than those parts in the M3 kit. I would expect the Z4 kit to start around the pricing for the RHD M3 stage 1.

It's just one of those things, you don't share to the world how much money you make in a year, share what you spent on a house, cars, etc. so why would you openly post how much something like this would cost

Bottom line, our custom built to customers spec setup is going to cost more than another companies mass produced kit, there's no denying that. If that's not what you're looking for then look into the other options. Regardless of the price for this particular customer, to another customer it may be very different. This isn't a off the shelf bolt on kit, it's built EXACTLY as EACH customer requests. You need this but not that, perfect we can work around it, you want an E85 fuel setup, sure no problem. You want only a pump gas fuel setup, sure we can do that as well and save a few grand. There's endless options when you choose EVERYTHING in the build! We are not trying to compete with HPF or their Z4M kit if it is ever released. We are offering an extremely high quality, hand built setup, catered to the way each individual customer wants it. This is no HPF setup, period, please do not try and compare them. They are for two very different customers looking for two different end results. Pricing given to this particular customer includes a full 4" exhaust splitting into dual 3" pipes into rear mufflers and quad tips. Exhaust is pretty much never included in anyone else's "kit." Trevor's turbo of choice was a GTX35R, a $2,400 turbo, for this setup a dbb billet 6765 again a $2,200 turbo. Compare that to a journal bearing 6765 used by HPF, $1,200 turbo. Completely new fuel system with our setup, new 6an lines from the intank pump to a Bosch 040 inline (no $100 walbro here), new aluminum fuel rail, upgraded Aeromotive FPR, ... I can go all day trying to show where the extra cost comes from. You don't want any of these extra's, no problem we can build a apples to apples setup as well.

ermmm disclosing your personal income and sharing with a z4m commuinty the proposed cost for a turbo build is completely different, for the serious people out their this is worthwile info..... and even its very high, looking at the standard of work i i could see why.....its worth the high price for someone that wants a turbo setup, id 100% have this over the hpf setup anyday imo..... but i do understand why you wish to keep it quiet.

Fair enough, but as I mentioned these types of setup are built per customer requests/requirements so pricing can vary drastically. It's not a set group of parts with a fixed price. Just the Vibrant Van-Jen clamps on Trevors build added about $600, this same task could be completed with 50 bucks worth of silicones and t-bolts however it drastically changes the look of the hardware and also rids the chance of ever blowing off a charge pipe. It tight spaces, that could be worth quite a bit to reduce future headaches! If you're looking for a set price, I can't give it to you unless you give me some specifics of what you personally would be looking for. In general, for this type/quality of setup on the Z4M expect 18-30k. Who's ready?

(red ^)......this is such a true statement. I've always built my custom turbo systems due to restraints on time and finances. The individual off-the-shelf parts alone can vary by hundreds to thousands when compared, such as his reference to clamps.

In my case,I didn't have the funds...but I did have the skills to design, weld and fabricate. But it takes the same amount of time generally in the end for these custom one offs. The choice of computer and its tune limitations is a whole other concern and cost choice.

I think vendors could avoid a lot of questions with the Minimum to Maximum bids like just mentioned. It at the very least lets a person qualify oneself.

Beautiful work by the way! I'm digging the dual screamer dump pipes....that should light up the night drags!

Literally stunning work..... If you guys were uk bound im telling you my car would be with you already........ It seems we have very few places that offer you sort of service.....

Well done, and btw 30k is more than reasonable for the standard of work and general quality.... The hpf kit just simply cant compete imo.... Hell the hpf car has needed a "minor" part for the last 6 months.... Awesome stuff and you deserve recognition.

Actually incorrect.

As stated I was in the market for a Z4MC turbo before I sold it to get a better car. David told me and Chris did before David left that pricing would start at $13500. It was stated all 4 times I have been there. So I believe them. Why would they lie to a potential customer that lives right down the street?
Why would it start at $18000+? That is way to much for any turbo kit, regardless. These are not UR turbos going on Lambos kids... Just saying.

I'm not stopping anyone from going with HPF, the decision is yours. To say these aren't UR turbo's for Lambo's, to me at least, shows your level of knowledge on the subject to be pretty low. You're right these aren't UR kits, those cost 60-100k+

To those that understand why OUR custom setup costs what it does, here's some more updates!

Completed intake piping, again full 4" turbo to filter accompanied by a 4" duct directing colder outside air towards the filter

Fitted

And sorry for the lack of updates this past week, last Thursday my TIG decided to stop working on AC (aluminum setting for a TIG). I sent it back for warranty repair which is 3-4 weeks out, we couldn't wait that long without it so after a quick discussion it was time for an upgrade! Here she is, just delivered yesterday afternoon and put to work today to complete what's shown above!

Miller Dynasty 200dx and Miller coolmate 1 watercooler

On to the fuel system next week!

Thanks!

We appreciate your kind comments

However, the real credit goes to our wonderful master fabricator Shawn G! (A4RingedONE8T) Without his skills and personal pride that goes into every one of these projects, our customers would not have the opportunity to have such wonderful builds!

Thanks again guys to everyone that appreciates the work and our personal dedication to our customers and their cars (builds)! We strive to keep the same level of quality no matter how big or small your project or needs are!

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Also, thanks for all the emails of guys interested in their particular builds, myself and Shawn will be spending time answering each question and build inquiry, so please feel free to send anything our way!! Questions, Price inquires, and anything else!! Just give us time to personally give each one of you the attention each build requires! We don't do cookie cutter and we put alot of attention and personal detail for each build we do!
