In case you missed the discussion in the "DIY APR splitter Install thread";
I have been asked if I could make a run of the fang fill piece that I made for my car.

I have enough material to make three more, which are already spoken for.
If there is enough additional interest in the fang fill piece, I will get material to do another run.

The Lexan fill strip
I checked shipping to 23456, it's about $30. (UPS standard)
As expected the length drives the cost up a bit, but not too bad.

It looks like $55 shipped would cover things.

I was planning to make a minor change to mine the next time I have to take the front end apart.
I would do away with the d.sided tape and instead drill up from the bottom & fasten with self tapping screws.
For this I would bond some additional blocks on the back (easier to target for drilling & a little more support)

So... You would get:
1. the fitted strip which is 1.5" high.
2. Wrapped in matte black 3M vinyl
3. 2 depth set stop blocks, which go behind @ each end (see pic in DIY thread)
4. optional ($5)- if you want the 3 rear spacer blocks (see DIY) I can do that too. But you may be OK with your current spacers. ....up to you

This is still just a feeler, I need 5 - 6 people to cover my material minimums.
Pricing is basically to cover my costs.
If it goes ahead please consider sending PP payment as gift or tack on a little extra to cover the PP fees.
Do NOT send any payments until this is a definite go.

Please check the DIY before committing to this.
I will be posting a few more pics for the revised 'bolt in' method. (instead of d.sided tape)

It's a 3M vinyl wrap.
You can put your own wrap on, if you want something different.

what about the material its made of, can I spray it with automotive paint?

never done it, so I can't answer for sure.
IIRC, RC models are Lexan but I think they get painted on the inside.

I talked to my supplier.
We're OK with the five signed up for a minimum order.

The cut off for this will be Wednesday June 8th, so that I can get organized for the weekend to make them up.
