Mid-Atlantic Track/Driving School Event.... May 14-15

The Triangle Z--Tarheel Sports Car Club is offering a two day high performance driver's education event at NCCAR with an optional time trial for qualified drivers. You can expect three 25 to 30 minute driving sessions each day with classroom discussions held between sessions. Students will be grouped based on experience level into FOUR groups:

· GREEN for novice and beginner students (generally 0-3 events)
· YELLOW for novice/intermediate students (3-10 events)
· BLUE for upper intermediate/advanced students (10-40 events)
· RED for upper advanced/instructor overflow (30+ events with verifiable solo experience)
· WHITE - Instructor group

An instructor is included with Green, Yellow, and Blue run groups. If you are signing up for our Red solo group, you will be asked for references (required if you have not run with with the group before.)
NCCAR is a vehicle dynamics test track located in Roanoke Rapids, NC. For reference it is only 1.5 hours away from Virginia Beach.

Student or Solo entry: $320

Instructors: Free

Optional Time Trial (one day/both days): $20/$30

Bump..

We need more people. We only have 35 people signed up. The track will be almost empty...

Cool.

This track will help you learn to listen to your car in the corners. Very educational....

I think we are driving down early Sat morning... since it's so close...

Just received word that due to lack of enough attendees, the May 14-15 NCCAR HPDE has been cancelled...
