EZ-Key on my car

Just finished installing this today.

No keys needed, not even for doors.

Give me your thoughts on it

Go to the "Edit Video" page from your YouTube account "My Videos" tab. Then you'll see a snapshot of your video in the center & somewhat on you right-hand side of the screen. On the bottom right of this snapshot will be a little pull-up button which will provide you the proper Embed link. I haven't had any issues using the link generated by that pull-up button. G'luck!

Awesome mod. I suppose you still need the key to get into the car if it's locked.

Nope, I just need to touch the door in a certain sequence. No keys, the transponder of the key is replicated by the module.

I forgot to mention that I did not cut any wires on my car, all was done plug and play. only thing that I had to do was remove the tumbler lock with no damages to it and drill the dash and the sunglass holder.

I actually had to watch the video a few times. It is facinating the mods that are available in this world. I will admit it is not for me, but it looks pretty good.

you can do anything that you put your head to, this system will last around 25 years if I press that button 11 times per minute during 25 years.

Yes the lighter on the old ignition key hole is fully functional and I build the module with an extra output just for that.

Surprised EZ-Key doesn't have a web site... What's up with that?

that's friggin SUHWEET!!!

how much, if you don't mind, did that cost and how long did it take to install??

also, that cig lighter/acc in your old ignition, is that now a second one? I only ask b/c it's inconvenient, for me, b/c I use my radar and GPS...but only one cig lighter, so I can only use one at a time, or until the GPS dies...

Do you have to press your code each time you stop your car? It looked in the video like the car went to accessory mode when you pressed the start/stop button with the car running, and that you had to enter your code to get all the electronics to actually shut down. Also, do you need to enter your code to lock the car or is there a quick shortcut? On my Fords I only need to press the 7 & 9 keys together on the door and it will lock all the doors.
