you'll need a 13mm spacer in rear. front is perfect.

Is it bad to use spacers? I'd rather not but I think I can get a good deal on these wheels..
Now with that spacer added..I'd have to buy longer studs?..I'd like to use a stud conversion kit..

i wouldn't say "bad"... maybe "not ideal" is more appropriate.

this would be an excellent opportunity to move over to a stud conversion. just remember that not all shops will have an extra-deep socket to get them off, so maybe get one of those as well and keep it in the car.

Also, be prepared for some places to refuse to work on your wheels/tires if you have a lug stud conversion. This happened to me recently at Discount Tire/American Tire. Not a big deal. Just keep in mind that, unless you find a shop that will (which I'm sure would be pretty easy) you'll have to transport the wheels to them for mounting/balancing etc.

Yea, I just have my local shop mount and balance, I like to do the work myself..
I just don't know how I feel about using spacers and rubbing in the rear..

Deciding on a set of wheels is turning out harder than I thought...

Don't sweat it. If you get a 12mm spaced in the rear you will be fine. Burger tuning has spacer and longer bolt kits that are excellent quality. Nothing wrong with spacers or longer bolts.

Here you go

+1. 12mm spacer will have a hub-extender. Issues with spacers come in when something like a 10mm spacer that doesn't have a hub extender. With the right hardware and a good spacer (and good install) there isn't anything to worry about.

You will want 90mm stud conversion kit for any spacer over 10mm. Just for comparison sake, I run 255/40/r17 Direzza Z2s with 5mm spacers and 75mm studs (square setup) on an 06 3.0i. They are as far as I'd be able to push them out.
