Time for a few updates:
Tried to install black and clear headlights. Trade with an 2.5l. Didn't work out since the 2.5l didn't had Xenon but mine has. Had to revert everything since modifying the halogen housing wasn't an option because the 2.5l would have not sealed lights anymore. The closest Suzi came to new Head lights. Installed clear side signals. Black center caps and dirty car: Installed 15mm wheel spacers in rear: New Cabin Filter installed. Didn't had time for the rest maintenance yet. It's not difficult to replace at all. If your car is prior (think it was) 8/04 production you need re retrofit an wiring harness from the steering column to the light switch. Unplug the battery, wait 10 min. Take a long thin screwdriver and press the springs left and right in. The Airbag will pop out. Take a 16mm wrench and unscrew the steering wheel. Here is a video: The silver multifunction switches can be switched from your old Steering to the M wheel. If you have SMG, I think you need a different steering wheel. I need to say, I think the M wheel was one of my best mods so far. |

OK, mine is 2008 3.0si with paddle shift and multi function buttons. What is the correct part numbers that I need to get? Is '32307906780' the correct one? (I dont want colored stiches) And what is SMG???? Also could you measure the thickness of the M steering wheel? I would like to know how thicker that is. Thanks. Car looks great, you are right, it does need clears. I can help you with that, PM me if you need xenons and your preference on graphite or chrome housing. I will make some calls and see if I can get them at a good price for you.
BMW Performance wheels look amazing on that car... wish I could afford those wheels myself! I think a 10mm spacer in rear would look maybe a little better but thats personal preference. |

http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...34&hg=32&fg=35 SMG = Sequential Manual Transmission was available from 2004-2006 like what came with the e60 M5 or optional e46 M3/ 330. I ordered mine from Germany since it was cheaper this way. |

The car still pretty jacked up when I took the picture with the 15mm spacers. Wheels are now pretty much flush. You will see with the next pictures. I might need your help with the clear lights. Bothers me every time I see her. |

Upgrade to 19" was an option. Also the 335is IS not common with a price tag you can get almost an M3 for that kind of money. For the countries outside NA, there is no 335is. |

First world problem
One of my techs found that before. Seems like someone else had this problem before. My Z4 had a flat tire with the new wheels and tires. The valve stem broke. |

Haven't updated this thread for a while.
Finally got a set. They look amazing. Added 10mm wheel spacers on the front axle and replaced the 15 with 12mm in the rear. |

For some people probably a great car but didn't fit my requirements.
Not a refined car at all. Engine and not much more. Traction problems all the time. Interior was pure cheap plastic as you can find on yogurt cups. Overall it was not for me. |

New Headlights are installed.
Was a PITA to move the Xenon in the 2007 Halogen housings but it was worth all the work. I think the changed optic is amazing!! |

However the only piece I really loved was the front bumper and the facelift carbon fiber diffuser. I think next steps are M seats, suspension and ,if a deal comes up, FI. |
