Best FACB options?

I was wondering if anyone had any real experience with something out there as far as Front control arm bushings go

I've experienced both poly, and solid ones on e46 platforms and they are a good upgrade, but there's not much out there for the z4m. There's one company that makes a poly one which no one has installed yet. I have a few gripes about the design personally, but you might try those. They will last longer than OEM but they wont offer as much of a performance increase as a solid.

I'm going to make a run of solid ones some point soon, you can see the details here http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthre...4#post13752144
