Tuneless header CEL fix for ///Ms.

Have you wanted to run header? Don't want to spend $1,000 on a tune but don't want your car to run horribly either? Looking for an easy effective fix at 1/10th the cost? You'll be happy to know it's here.

I have tested for a while now, a fix that is easy to install with the car on the ground with just a star bit, a pick, and some attention to detail. I've always had the ability to just shut down my O2s but knew a lot of people would be interested in this.

This is completely plug and play no cutting and reversible as easy as it is to install.

There is no horsepower claim with this, horsepower comes from the headers so refer to the header manufacturer for claims. This is strictly to prevent the CEL from coming on, and the roughness and poor gas mileage that comes with it. It is also strictly for off road use only and not to be used upon a public highway.

If you are interested please PM me, I need the following info:
  • If you have headers, who makes them and if they are installed yet.
  • If you don't, what headers you plan on getting and around when.

I want to give a few people the opportunity to get these at a discount in return for working close with me for feedback and making the instructions as foolproof as possible. Please PM me if you are planning on installing headers very soon, or have headers with a CEL, and would like this opportunity.

I'm getting this! Still want to get ESS tune.. But it's the price of a plasma screen. That's hard to swallow.

I have said this many times, and long before I was doing this. Bung extenders are hit and miss (mostly miss) at best, and even when they appear to work properly do not.

Not to mention with most of the headers out there there is not clearance to stack a bunch of extenders. If there was an easier way I would be all for it, but there really isn't, Mainly because this is so easy as it is.

You can put me in the category of people who have wanted to do headers but don't want to deal with cel and would never pay $1k for a canned tune. I would definitely consider this if you're going to offer it publicly, can't tell you for what header though cause I've never looked seriously.

No worries... on some of my other cars I have used them successfully. Did not know there were clearance issues. GL with your sell, if I ever get headers I will be hitting you up, assuming us no Ms need it.

Can you clarify a little please.

Is this for running completely CATless?
Or, is this for running the secondary CATs with relocated bungs & sensors?

No you don't have to relocate anything, but the headers do have to have a second set of bungs (such as active headers) for the secondary o2s to go in.

You can run completely catless.

Hey O-cha, so the Active headers don't need a fix or they do? BTW I am getting the wheels mounted on monday, I can't wait! I am going to leave you feedback right now. Thanks for hooking me up. O-cha is a great seller everyone

Alright just got my O-cha 02 sim today. Looks very well put together and the instructions are very detailed with pics for every step. Looks to be a fairly easy install.

One small question though. I assume theres no reason not to go ahead and put the sim in now even though my headers haven't come in yet? I figured it would be a good way to verify the functionality of the sim itself without the possibility of having accidentally switched any 02 sensor positions during header install. Plus it will be one less thing to do when the headers do arrive.

I just got mine yesterday and I plan to do the same thing, install the sim today and do the headers on Saturday. I don't see why there should be any problem with that.
