Don't count on it seeing how you're the newest (last) person on the list and I'm still trying to coordinate someone to help with test fitting.

Seeing that you've been trying to get someone to help...I was just offering and letting you know my timeframe. You asked me to reply on the main thread which is what I did. |

I told you to reply here to add yourself to the list. Prior to you contacting me someone else already did. I wasn't going to coordinate a 3rd test fit at this point.

I found a 2nd person but problem is so much time has passed that my builder is working on a new project so he's started focusing on that. Trying to get him to send me a 2nd pair this week, realistically this group buy will happen during the holidays when things slow down for him.

I definitely want these, but I have no doubt that they're going to sit in my toolbox for 6 months or so before I get to install them. I'm sure many (most) others on the list are the same way.
I would suggest allowing those who are going to be tracking their cars in the next 3 months to move to the top of the list, as those are the cars that will benefit from reduced strain on the sway bars immediately. And more importantly, as they start to work through the very long list, we can hopefully avoid someone having their mounts tear out while they're waiting for their plates to arrive. Just a thought. |

Safe to say my builder lost interest (or didn't have time to hold off on his other projects) when the 2 test samplers never got back to me. I can see if he's interested in doing this, and if so will find another volunteer.

You guys might try talking to ground control, they have those plates when I bought my front sway bar.

I sanded the paint off with a Dremel. Doesn't have to be smooth, you just want direct bond to bare metal.

Include me in too, if there's another order happening. With a 30mm front bar, an ounce of prevention could make a big difference.
+1 on using JB Weld. Or mix up your own high strength epoxy and dope it 10 - 30% with steel powder.
