17x8 ET20 Ehh, Meh, or Yeh?

Sorry for the noob post.

I just got my E85 and have some of my old E34 wheels.

They are 17x8 ET20.

Q1: Will this size work well on the Z? If not why? If maybe, what would I need to do (Spacers, etc)?

Q2: What tire size would you guys run... I live at the Tail of the Dragon, so I would be driving canyon/ mountain switch back roads daily.

TIA!
