Better looking front and rear and bumpers
Better looking hood
Both debatable. In particular I really like the smooth arch of the 3.0si hood, compared with the lumpy M counterpart.

M Sport seats
Not exclusive to the M badged cars.

Like everyone said its 80% of the M and a very fast and fun car.
And with manual transmission, more rare too.
I'm very sensitive to shitty EPS racks, and somehow, some way, BMW got it right on a 15 year old chassis. I don't know if it is the geometry of the suspension, or lightness of the car, but the steering actually rivals the Cayman S I had. Worlds better than their modern EPS. If anything, I might try to disconnect the electric assist aspect.

This car has the M Sport seats, with manual adjustment to boot.

I have a feeling power to weight is very similar between this 3.0si and an M Coupe.

I agree that the brakes are a very weak point on this car. I actually had a silver one before this that I built into a track car, and I could never get the oem brakes to do well. They aren't vented and are small for aggressive use.

Thanks, I agree.

My relationship with a car shipper means I could get this car delivered to the west cost for around $900 with open transport, $1,400 fully enclosed. Or fly out and drive it back with the bulletproof N52.

New car arrives this week hopefully, so I am prepared to work a little on price, especially if you are a cash buyer.

Feel free to PM me with an offer we can discuss if you are very serious.
