So in effect the 60 weight redine ends up being a little too heavy. I have used & tested both.^ as a result will be changing to Redline 50 weight next year.

You tested Redline 60 and Redline 50? How did you test it?

So gents I am about to do my first oil change (myself) I usually just take it to an indy and or dealer as I still have one year on the extended service plan and do the regular TWS 10w60. Now that I have a garage, figured just how hard could it be.
That being said... What should I use? I have changed the oil religiously every 5K miles ever since I got the car with 7100. I don't track it, daily driver with about 39500 on it now with 70% highway miles. Should I go with the 15w50 or stick with the TWS 60? I currently live in DC and am new to the area, but it is not as cold as CT and the 10w60 was used there. BTW read the whole thread, just want your more experienced opinions.

No... TWS 10W60 & Redline 10W60.
Sample test at oil change.

It seems like some are going to 50 but I haven't seen any data to back this up. Interested in seeing it if anyone has it.
