Helmet..
Hey guys, getting a few bits and pieces together for next winter..
My old Arai motorcycle helmet is now past 8 years old, so probably had the carrot in case some seriously goes wrong.. can you guys recommend me a good value for money helmet (don't have a bike any more/long gone, so dedicated car helmet would be good) Cheers Track days only.. don't have the time, nor cash to compete..

There are lots of good choices Vanne.
I would highly recommend finding a shop where you can try some on. There is a big difference in how they fit your noggin. I went in looking for a particular helmet and came out with something entirely different.

Also, Snell SA2015 requires helmets to have holes for Hans anchors so that's nice. You don't have to worry about missing out on them or drilling your own on any SA2015.

Try some on and go from there.
I've been extremely happy with my Scorpion helmet for the price. When it comes to fit, thats whats most important. They all have different colours and schemes you can order or choose from after the fact. |
