WTB: 06-08 z4m coupe - alpine white
...with red interior? I am a young professional *female* who has followed my dream car (and it's predecessor) since probably 2000. I love that color combo too, unreal. I have found an 06 m coupe with 29k miles for 28k at a dealer in Texas, but it's black on black. I feel like this is such a guy's combination! Is it worth the wait to find exactly what I want? Or should I "man up" and get the car that fits into my budget since I am young and not loaded (...yet)? |

It's your car, find the one YOU want. If you want a white w/ red combo, find it and buy it!

If you do end up getting a Z4MC, I think that makes 3 up here in Cleveland, at least on the boards - glad to see more in the area! Good luck with the search! |

This vehicle was owned by another forum memebr here, he just traded it in on an M3. Looks like a nice car and exactly what you are looking for.

Good luck with your search, and be patient. If you have your heart set on White with red interior, just know that there were only 57 North America coupes in that color combo over the entire production cycle, so it may take some time for the right one to come up for sale. If you expand to just white there were 148 coupes, so a slightly better chance of finding one.

You will find it, I promise you. I held out for a whole year until I found a one owner, Sepang Bronze. I wanted one without any options and I was able to work a great deal on the car with only 6K mile on the clock.
We are all pulling for you! |

I caved on my dream m coupe (gray/red) when I found a gray roadster.
I know I can always buy a coupe later, and I always have the option of putting up a trade thread for red interior. |

If you don't like the color combo don't buy it. Something you like will come along. It may take a month or two, but if you've waited this long that's nothing. As others have said, there are other nice color combos that might be worth considering. Here's a grey/Imola coupe, 31k miles, might scratch the itch? http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=654927

Hold out for the color combo you really want. I fell in love with alpine white and red the moment I saw it. It's too bad I couldn't find it in an M. I couldn't let this one go and I've been happy since.

Personally, I'd take a dim view of entrusting my car to someone with the screen name "kimmypooh" but maybe the owner of an alpine/imola coupe is less circumspect. That aside, it's always better to hold out for the spec you want up front. I've seen people attempt cliffhopper's solution and it always seems to never work out or be a lot of trouble and expense.

There is one in Portland Oregon at Ron Tonkin. Just looked at it. No navi or extended leather but its clean. Its like $29000+. Has like 31000 miles on it.
