Difference bet Eisenmann Sport/Race
Hi all,
I just picked up a used set of Eisenmann mufflers but have no idea if they are sport or race spec... Is there any way to tell? Twin tips on both sides. A garage decided to sell these after keeping them in storage for over a year. Thks.

^My thought as well.
Also chanzs's pic has internal welds showing through which indicates a different interior.

Look inside the tips. It is my understanding that if you can see perforations (screen/mesh pattern) from inside the tips extending to the seam with the muffler chamber, it's a sport system.

Looks like mine's a sport, got the perforations in the tips, sounds pretty mellow too. Pretty close to stock at idle with a slight drone. Does not really scream at full throttle although it does sound deeper and sportier than before. Tips look great imo but does little else for me otherwise. I'd say money is better spent on a Gruppe M or KW coilovers.

My race ones also have SS and not S, So I don't think that would be it.

u cant compare RPI and Eisenmann two different leagues also have RPI
Selling it right now because of my gf best exhaust ever and not so expensive as the Eisenmann. Heard the eisenmann sport in person and was very disapointed so much money for not a lot IMO |
