The stepped header is design to optimize from 3k to 6.9k rpm range on simulation, the real numbers will come with the dyno test.
We tried to achieve the highest gains on this area, but we may modify the design a little more after the dyno.

IF all goes as plan I should have the release date on Jun 6, and first delivery date after GB by 1st of September for those on the GB.

Also we started working on a premium system that will be 321 SS 18g and will weight less then half of the street version. Burns full built headers, mufflers and resonators based on our design and guaranteed by Burns for 500+ HP cars. But It will cost on the 9K range. So I would recommend this for serious race only or supercharged with Nitrous cars. It will not bring advantage for NA street use.

I cannot sell you a resonator that will fix the SS because then I would be going against my system helping to fix somebody else problem on design.

wow quite far in the future. i guess this gives me more time to save though. Just debating since i do have a nice set of AA headers waiting for install. but i'm hoping your full system would be worth me selling those! decisions, decisions...

pricing is really the biggest concern for me. if affordable, with some great power gains (30+) you have my business for sure.

what will be the main difference in all the customized pieces and configurations that are available? will it be mainly for sound and emmissions purposes like i'm thinking? or will the power levels be affected much depending on which set-up we go with? street, race etc...

Some performance difference as well as sound but with so many possible configurations it would be hard to test every setup. We will do dyno runs next with some of the components to give a good idea of the best combos so I can make video of them but I'm pretty set on what I'm getting.

With pictures coming in a couple weeks I should be able to post some explanation of how this system works, it's pretty inovating to be honest.
