the gruppe m is specific for an m and f1soul lists tt he does drive a z4m. Price is fantastic though, these are even more expensive now with the us$ vs yen exchange rate.

^figured will keep u in the loop though. with my current rpi setup, a lot of the gruppe m's glorious growl has been overwhelmed. it'd be perfect for someone running oem mufflers or more livable mufflers (remus, eisenmann sport, stromung).

I loved mine, while I had it...great sound. However, as soon as I saw the Dyno results, off it came.

I would just like to say, I saw this about 3 minutes after it was up. And if my car hadn't had an unfortunate meeting with a tree, I'd be all over this cuz I hunted for a Gruppe M for months. End rant.

Drove the car today to get the ECU to recalibrate to the OEM intake and MAN what a difference! It feels like my car is gasping for air and when I put the throttle down it really struggles for a second before the power comes in. After a few stops and starts and offs and ons, it started to smooth out. I could really tell that the ESS tune was making good use of that intake and reaffirms the excellence of the ESS tune's "adaptive" nature.

Did you pair it with a RPi scoop and ESS tune or was everything else stock?

Oh, this was years ago, before they even existed probably. Everything else was stock. I was just fishing around to see if I still had the Dyno sheet, but can't find it.
Their "tune" is for their scoops, yes? They don't sell software to use with other manufacturer's intakes, do they?
