I know what you mean. I once had to go 70 mph to blow a spider off my windshield before it could climb into the car with me.

OP, that's a great story. At least he's got the pictures to prove it when he's out drinking and telling about it. However, I often wonder about them bugs that don't let go until they are forced to at 40, 50, 60, 70 mph. I have had some go a long ways and some still hanging on after coming to a stop at the end of a freeway exit. If they're too stupid to jump off at a stop sign/light, I figure they get what they deserve. Sometimes I had thought about giving them a slight nudge with the windshield wipers, but thought better of it because I would probably get a smudge instead.
