It mentions that you need the windshield cowl gasket. What is that part for?

If you look back at the ECS page, the page shows the Mfg, part number. Then go back to the RealOEM page listed above and that page essentially shows you where it goes.

Did mine last year. Easy to do, except for the wipe arm removal. I recommend PB Blast. Those little wiper removal tools were awful. A little PB Blast plus some rocking and they popped right out.
I also did windshield glazing. Easier to do at the same time, since its slightly under the cowl. No big deal to so separate, but helps to have cowl out already. Your glazing may not be as beat up as mine was, though. |
