Looking for a used Z4 M Coupé
I was set on a TiAg/Black/Carbon Leather M Coupé with ZPP, Nav and heated seats, and only 4.5k miles on the clock. Called ready to buy the car, only to be told it was already sold.
So now the search continues. I found the twin for the car I wanted - but 8k miles and a front plate. I'm in Arizona, so I'd have to: A. rock bumper plugs (most wouldn't see them, but I'd know they were there) B. have the bumper fixed/painted, or just replaced (this'll be expensive) C. Euro plate (I wanted to do this on my 3er, but think it ruins the Z4's front) I found a nice Black Sapphire one, and know nothing looks meaner then a black on black sports car. But I know how I am with my cars, and being in the desert, I'd freak out that it was dirty 5 minutes after washing. Imola Red seems to be easily available... BUT, I'm not sure I want the attention of rocking a red car. White is my first choice - but I can't find one. So any words of wisdom? I have the devil on one shoulder saying "get an M car... any M car, before they're no longer available". the one on the other shoulder is saying "wait for the right car. it will happen."

At this point you will probably have to settle for leftovers. I don't think that many white ones were made. Mine is not for sale. Probably in about two years there will be a good selection of off-lease cars available.

According to Auto Trader there is a used white 2007 M Coupe for sale at Plaza Motors in Phoenix. I does have 28,000 miles on it. Have you looked at that car?

Well I found one!
Put down a deposit; but due to work, a wedding (friend's, not mine), and life in general, I won't be able to take fly out and take delivery till the 23rd. These next two weeks are going to be painful. I'm already starting to looks at mods. 2007 Z4 M Coupe. Silver Gray on Black/Carbon Leather trim. Fell in love with the color, and it seems to be a rather uncommon color. I'm soo excited - yet equally terrified about the decision I just made!

Congrats. And relax.. I went from a 330i almost identical to yours (same exact equipment, but T-silver) to my M Coupe a year ago. No regrets. Besides, there aren't enough of 'em tooling around the Phx freeways.

You're right about there not being enough around town. I've seen 2 that I can recall. One being an Interlagos Coupe going west on the Santan 202 and exiting on Kyrene last Saturday afternoon. Was that you? Unfortunately not sure if I can do M-fest this year. Buddy's b-day is that weekend. But we're talking about heading to Vegas anyways.

I've only seen one other Z4 coupe on the road in the area, it's a red non-M. North Snottsdale had a few on the lot last year when I bought mine, so other than the possibility of out-of-town buyers, there must be at least a small handful running around someplace in the valley.. probably all up that direction.
