I must confess, once they make 0-4 they are ok in my book 0-3's it depends. Granted there are your cool officers and your bad ones.

Officers, generally speaking most of the ones fresh out of cadet school don't know crap about crap but think they do. They generally make our lives hell. Trying to change things/processes that work well etc... (I'm military....enlisted if you can't tell)

Hmmmm...sounds like some Majors I know.
I think branding officers bad just cuz they are young doesn't help anyone. As enlisted soldiers/airmen/sailors/marines its your duty to obey the orders of the officers appointed over you. Obviously some young officers deserve a hard time, but that doesn't change military customs and courtesies. That being said, I've never had a problem with my soldiers, supervisors on the other hand....
