Lightbulb M3 wheels on a Z4

Will wheels from a M3 (2003-2005) fit on a 2006 Z4? Has anyone done this?

Don't know for sure, but me thinks the M's have one size taller profile than the standard Zed's so the larger overall diameter would make for a slightly taller final drive ratio.

Should if it's an M...but it's always best to make sure with a reputable dealer before you buy. If I remember correctly the Z4M and the M3 offset is very similar if not identical.

Non-M models are different.

They will fit on the Z4M, but not the standard Z4 due to different offsets. Plenty of replica options available, though.

The regular M3 wheels fit on a regular Z4. You can even fit the OEM CSL wheels without any fender rub on stock suspension. The issue is the rear wheels would stick out past the edges of the rear fenders. Some people think it's aggressive and most people think it's ghetto looking.

Regular Z4 on OEM CSL's.

GP20 - If the rear wheels stick out past the edge of the fender wells how is it that you do not get any fender rub?

The rear wheel-well gap between the tire and the edge of the fender is still pretty wide on stock suspension. The gap width is still unchanged if you move the wheel further out. It sucks that Z4um is dead. GV from Belgium had posted a picture of a regular Z4 on regular 19" M3 wheels that would've been a good example.

hey guys,

i got the 19" m3 wheels on my z4. you need smaller tires (225/35r19 and 255/30r19) and some work on the rear fenders. about 1/3 inch on each side.
