Downshift to 2nd gear rejection

I know we've discussed this elsewhere, but I thought it deserved a separate thread for someone searching later.

To recap;
Under certain loading conditions it can be very difficult to downshift into 2nd gear.
For me I experienced this issue consistently at one track that we run.

Update:
After installing UUC tranny mounts, we ran that same track today.
In a nutshell no more problem.

I was able to run all day with absolutely no issue downshifting to 2nd.

The entire day I missed one shift, which was without a doubt, driver error.

Problem 100% resolved in my case.

edit:
My results were duplicated by another member on RE mounts.

Interesting. You have the UUC with the caps?

Sorry to go off topic. What track do you go to? Never seen another M Coupe at the track!

I've tracked Mosport & Shannonville.
We were at Shannonville yesterday.

Nice! Which group do you go with? I usually go with Touge or Kplayground. Neither are really BMW groups, Touge is random, Kplay is obviously Hondas, lol.
