What issue are you talking about? All issues I have read in here are really minor and can easily be fixed at the dealers. Big deal. I've been in the dealer 3 times within 6 months and had no complaint. First for replacing my AT gasket, second for software update and third for alarm activation, and all of them free of charge of course. During these times, they gave me BMW loaners to drive ( a few 2005 X3 and 1 2006 325i). Don't complain. Go to infinity or Lexus, they probably give you a ride home and you get your own ride on the way back to dealers. One of my friend got a bus ticket from Infinity to get home. God damn it. He bought ~$38K car with that service from dealer.

The dealership service department is critical to the ownership experience; assuming that a problem or two surface. As mentioned earlier, I have had no problems with the E 90 and don't think you are asking for trouble by buying now. The larger engine that is getting so much attention is not really meaningful to most drivers, especially in the United States.

Even if you track the car, talent behind the wheel can more than make up for a 40 or 50 hp deficit.

I bought one ASAP with CA. No problems. But why the 10 month re-awakenning?

Lovin it!

Kidding, I hope! The Infinity store here is top drawer as is the BMW store in Austin. Both provide loaners. Hey, even the local Ford store will shuttle you to work and back again. Of course this is Texas as opposed to CA. <BBG>
