Clicking sound while turning

I back out of my garage this morning and cut the wheel all the way left to back into my turn-around spot. I hear a clicking sound coming from one of the driver side wheels and could feel a slight vibration on my steering wheel as the wheel/suspension clicks. Could the tire be rubbing on something? I don't hear any noise when I'm making a regular right or left turn. Only when the steering wheel is turned full lock. What should I be looking for when I jack up the car this weekend?

What are your wheel & tire and suspension setups?

Stock 18" staggered non-M wheel and tire setup. Koni yellows with Eibach pro-kit lowering springs. Today was frigid, but I'm hoping tomorrow it gets above 50 so I can comfortably take a look at it.
