H&R Sport Spring Install???

Ok a quick couple questions.

1. Is the front coil under a big load? On other cars I have been able to just hit the top strut nut with an impact wrench and not need a spring compressor.

2. Will I need to compressthe H&R Sport spring to put those back on the housing? I am guessing no????

The front spring is under load..... you will need to compress it.

I ran he H&R race springs and those didnt require compression if i remember correctly. The sport springs might require it if they are a bit longer.

I've got them, you /WILL/ need compressors.. and you will need them also to put back on, otherwise you won't get the top nut on.

Got it, sounds like the H&R coilovers will do the trick then. They're only a couple hundred more than H&R springs and Bilstein shocks.
